Orange
Therapy
LLC

Owner
Julie Mullins, MA, LPC, LPCS Candidate NCC, CCTP-II, EFT Level II trained

Why Orange Therapy? Early in my counseling career I had a client in front of me who couldn't concentrate. It turns out they were hungry and I offered them an orange. It was about meeting the client where they were. Meeting a need and helping them to their next step. My supervisor said "you were doing Orange Therapy" we laughed but in my mind that day Orange Therapy LLC was born.

Each client before me has a different need. My job is to help each client move to the next step using empirically proven tools and methods. I will help you find your orange.

People do not look for a counselor when life is going well so if you are reading this bio I imagine that your are experiencing some difficult times, and emotions. You want to alleviate the weight on your chest, knot in your stomach, and ache in your soul. Maybe you want to learn how to reduce conflict in your home and create a stronger relationship in the process. I would love to work with you to do just that. I am a double graduate from Liberty University (BS Psychology, MA Counseling), a certified trauma treatment professional, EFT tapping level 2 professional and a South Carolina LLR Certified Licensed Professional Counselor

I have been trained to help. We will work together on that goal you have identified. You and I, along with my furry co-therapist Ed (please notify the office if you have allergies) will work to recognize thoughts and behaviors contributing to your current situation. Together we will devise a plan of change. I will support you as you make those changes.

I believe that every person is unique and exquisitely complex but I also believe there are patterns of thoughts and behavior commonly identified as being problematic. Reach out to my office and schedule an appointment. With great care, we will work together to move into healthier ways of being. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey
